Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning newly built residential homes after construction, ensuring they are spotless and ready for handover to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove construction debris, dust, stickers, paint splatter, and leftover materials.
Perform deep cleaning of all surfaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, etc.
Vacuum and mop floors, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms.
Clean interior and exterior windows.
Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables properly.
Follow health and safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in post-construction or residential cleaning (an asset).
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Must have a clean criminal record.
Punctual, professional, and trustworthy.
